Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days from receving your order to request a refund or replacement. 

To start a refund/replacement, you can contact us by sending us a message on our website via the chat box or email at info@bobsbotanicals.net. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number and a photo of the defective item.

We offer one replacement item per order. We do not accept returns on plants.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please snap a photo of the damaged item and include with your inquiry. Please keep in mind, if we do not receive your inquiry by the 30-day mark, we are unable to process a refund/replacement. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your order number, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
