Q. What happens if my plant shows up and it's dead or damaged?

A. We guarantee that each plant will arrive in excellent condition, regardless of weather conditions, or we'll replace it for you. Prior to dispatching any plants, we meticulously ensure they are healthy and pack them with care. However, despite our efforts, damages may occur if the shipping company handles the package roughly. In such cases, please share a picture with us in the chat box of our website or email at info@bobsbotanicals.com, and we'll collaborate with you to rectify the situation.
